Self-love.
Sometimes, parents have little time to spare to themselves. The grueling schedule of bringing them to therapy, school (or in our case - homeschooling), house chores, demands from work plus demands of immediate families and friends for your time can really be overwhelming.
Luckily, I found this touching poem by Charlie Chaplin about self-love which I really need to share with all ausome parents out there.
It talks about self-love more holistically. It helps us to look inside of us rather than getting it from external variables.
